| Wednesday, March 8, 2017 | | 01 day workshop on “Women in Policing” |  | | One day workshop on “Women in Policing” for all the trainees of the Academy including 140 Lady Constables presently undergoing Basic Recruit Training Course was organized in Radha Vinod Raju Auditorium of SKPA Udhampur in which prominent lady Police Officers from the field were invited.The main objective of conducting this workshop was to discuss various issues pertaining to women police and their role in the society as well as in Police organization. Moreover, this workshop also provided the trainees, the opportunity to interact with women Police officers working in the field and discuss the Issues and Challenges of policing in the current security scenario of the state in order to encourage and boost their morale. |
